• To establish a nursery for the Down Syndrome and CP children.

• To develop a parent support group

• To develop a vocational training for adults with special needs

• To develop a physiotherapy training center, especially for children with cerebral Palsy

• To establish community based early intervention program to identify the children born with special needs

• To fulfill the needs of such children in the first year of the life through medical and psychological assessment

• To train parents, how to handle such children

Plans in the long run

• Provision of medical assessment especially for hearing impaired and visually impaired children.

• To provide teachers training to work with children having special needs.

• To arrange Arts exhibitions annually.

• To start a media campaign for changing attitude of the community towards special children.

• To publish a magazine for special children on quarterly basis that project their creative and productive achievements and abilities.
