• Educating parents about possible causes of Mental Retardation it's preventive measures and how to handle such children.
   
• To design a home-based early intervention program in which parents will be educated and guided to provide maximum stimulation to their retarded children for rehabilitation.
   
• To establish a platform in the shape of a "Parent Support Group" where parents can share experiences, seek help and get professional guidance for rehabilitation of such children.
